To get started, just fill the 2ml side-filling pod with your favourite 50/50 e-liquid, insert it into the device, and inhale. That’s it — no buttons, no setup. The device automatically fires when you draw on the mouthpiece.
Choose ECO Mode to extend battery life, or switch to PWR Mode when you want a stronger flavour and a touch more vapour. Charging is quick and easy via USB-C (cable sold separately), and the 1A current ensures you won’t be waiting long between sessions.
Each pod is fitted with a dual mesh coil (0.6Ω and 0.8Ω), delivering fast, even heating for more consistent flavour. Since the coils are built in, there's no fiddling with replacements - just swap out the pod when the coil is done.
For the best performance, we recommend pairing the Vibe Nano with 50/50 VG/PG e-liquids or nicotine salts for a smoother throat hit.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
