Using the Vibe SE is easy from the start. Just fill the 2ml pod from the side-fill port, insert it into the device, and inhale — no buttons or settings needed. Inhale activation means it works automatically, delivering vapour the moment you puff.
Use ECO Mode to conserve battery or switch to PWR Mode when you want more intensity from your vape. The 1A USB-C charging makes recharging quick and efficient (cable sold separately), so you’re never without your vape for long.
The Vibe Smart Pod features a built-in dual mesh coil (0.6Ω and 0.8Ω) that heats more e-liquid at once for better flavour and faster ramp-up. When the coil inside the pod reaches the end of its life, just swap the pod — no coil changes or tools needed.
For best results, we recommend pairing the Vibe SE with 50/50 VG/PG e-liquid or nicotine salts, giving you a smooth throat hit and consistent flavour.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
